Our mission is to work for the betterment of Watson, Mason, Edgewood, and outlying communities.
Our vision is a community that will have affordable and convenient access to a public library and make available any programs or endeavors that will improve the quality of life the citizens of Watson, Mason, Edgewood, and outlying areas.
We are committed to honoring the core values and dignity of all individuals and creating an environment that reflects this value.
Grassroots Library
WME Community Library is a small grassroots library that is currently sponsored solely by donations and volunteers.
Goals
*Provide tutoring and mentoring for local children
*Provide computer literacy, adult literacy, and English as a second language classes for any interested parties
*Partner with other area groups and non-profits to better Watson, Mason, Edgewood, and the surrounding communities
*Offer additional workshops such as painting, genealogy, writing, and more
*Host a book club that will meet at the library once a month
